Two night minimum on weekends, three night minimum on holidays, three night minimum on efficiency apartments.
Check-out time is 11am.
Check-in time is between 2 and 9pm.* Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by advance deposit. Deposits must be received within 14 days after the reservation is made or it may be forfeited. Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain refund of deposit. There will be charge of $15.00 to process the refund. Guarantees for reservations of three days or less will be processed for full charges including tax, otherwise 40% of total invoice. Check in time is 2 P.M until 9 P.M., check out is at 11 A.M. For
